Pre-order Terms

• Effective August 1, 2011, preflight order service is available no later than 48 hours prior to departure date for selected American Airlines international flights leaving DFW.
• The minimum purchase amount shall be $25 and the maximum purchase amount shall be $1000. All purchases may be made by credit card only.
• Any changes to the delivery flight must be made at least 48 hours prior to your departure date. You may contact us from Monday through Friday by email at customerservice@ontherunwaypreorder.com
• The price and style of the merchandise, as well as free gifts, are subject to change without prior notice. You may find the latest information on aa.com.
• Exceptional circumstances such as, without limitation, flight disruption, aircraft rotation and operational requirements may impact availability of redeemed items prior to the boarding of your flight.
• Illustrations do not necessarily show the actual size of the items.
• DFASS Retail Travel Services, Inc. does not guarantee that product description, price, and other content of this site are complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Credit card purchase will be charged in U.S. dollars.  DFASS Retail Travel Services, Inc. honors various kinds of credit cards – AAdvantage MasterCard-VISA, Amex, Diners Club, Discover, Carte Blanche, Barclay Card, MasterCard, VISA, and JCB (Japan Credit Bureau)
• By using the aa.com duty-free Pre-Order website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, as well as restricting access to your computer.
• Under no circumstances will DFASS Retail Travel Services, Inc. be liable for any damage caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not it is advised of the possibility of such damage, and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damage may be sought.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be sold to minors under the age of 18.
• No exchanges are allowed. At the point of buyer collection; if an item is deemed damaged or unsatisfactory by you, you may deny acceptance of the item, after which a refund will be automatically processed. For a refund after the product has been accepted, for such matters, send an email no later than 30 days after receipt of purchase to: customerservice@ontherunwaypreorder.com
• Upon receiving your order, please acknowledge receipt by signing the packing list which will be handed to you by the delivery representative.

General Terms

Entire Agreement
These website terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and DFASS Retail Travel Services, Inc. in relation to your use of the website. Neither you nor DFASS Retail Travel Services, Inc. shall be bound by any express tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein.
